Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By signing in to Slab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Slab is
Slab is a visual kanban board tool for organising personal and team projects. It's provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantees of uptime or permanence.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google or GitHub — there's no separate password. You're responsible for keeping your OAuth account secure. You may only use Slab for lawful purposes.
4. Your content
You own everything you create in Slab — your projects, columns, and cards. By using the service you grant us permission to store and display that content to you. We don't claim any rights to it.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Slab to store illegal content, attempt to compromise the service's security, or harm other users. Violations may result in account termination.
6. No warranty
Slab is provided "as is" without any warranty. We can't guarantee the service will always be available, error- free, or that your data will never be lost. Back up anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss of data, business, or other damages arising from your use of Slab.
8. Termination
You can stop using Slab at any time and request deletion of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Slab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
